The effects stack, and each keeps its own strength. Big eyes plus a big nose is the classic caricature. Alien head with tiny eyes is properly unsettling. Adding a swirl on top of anything makes a face look genuinely weird. The strength slider runs from 10 to 100 and starts at 60 — low values give a gentle nudge that still looks like the person, high values go fully ridiculous.
